In 1947 the experience of Giancarlo Stanzani like adjuvant has beginning of laboratory of Enrico Piretti
famous liutaio in Bologna of the first half of the century.
This collaboration last until year 1960, year in which the experience is matured in order to open a laboratory
in the center of Bologna with an other student of Piretti.

From the skillful hands of Giancarlo is born first instruments signed "STANTOM" that will be known and appreciate to you
from the best musicians of the Emilian area, Italian and beyond.In 1984 the laboratory is moved in via Orfeo n.34 \b to
becomes rich of the collaboration of the son Luca.
Fantasy and planning of instruments have become our philosophy of job.Our collaboration has been demanded which advisers
in the realization of a film on the life of "Stradivari".
